First Dance Recital

Scarlett had her first recital June 8th. She loved getting ready, especially the make-up! I love getting my girls ready! I was a little nervous because when I dropped her off she was very worried. There were no tears, but she grabbed on to me for a bit. The moment she was distracted I left and hopped for the best. Her class was 2nd to go on, and she went to her spot no problems! The number was "Feeling Groovy!" and it was tap. She nailed every move and twice stopped for a sec to look at her arms that had a purple tint at times with the spotlights. So that was classic! We spoiled her with flowers and lots of phrase after. My parents and sister came as well. After we took her to her fav place - Cicis! We are so proud of her. She has changed so much for the better since starting dance back in December!
