My 2nd heir to the thrown has hit another month! She is now 6 months old and beyond precious! She entered our life during a time of great trials, but I view her as an angel that helped me through! She is so quiet and soft! Every time we look at her she has this big open smile! She grows more and more in tune with her big sis! Shelly is noticing her sister is growing into a playmate! Scarlett loves to sit in the bumbo in their toy room and play with Shelly! I love holding her tight, kissing her little neck to feel her squeal with laughter!
Her personality is so peaceful...ever filled with joy. She makes my life stress free, truly. Her little discoveries inspire me to find my own! Having these two girls fills me with so much love that makes me feel that my purpose in life is great!
I love you Scarlett Grace!
The Dr says she's really good on weight, if she was going by her due date she would be in the 10%tile! So she's catching up! She's really behind on things like rolling over from back to tummy and sitting up. But after a head ultrasound it looks like its still to do with being early, so nothing loose in the head! Still can't move to cereal yet...but soon! The Dr was cracking up because Scarlett was just smiling and cracking up at her! She was babbling so loud the front desk could hear! Of course they also heard her crying after those shots! Ben almost shed a tear himself! LOL
So far this past month, Scarlett discovered toys. She now reaches for them and plays with them...well really she eats them.
A tooth is about to break free any time now! Teething has been hard for her, but we give her lots of distractions!
She found her feet! We make jokes, like say "And stretch and high kick and stretch!" LOL she gets her leg straight and high! LOL Foot to face! LOL AND she loves eating her feet, which what baby doesn't right?
She rolls to her back all the time, especially when frustrated.
Still loves her paci when she sleeps and now wants to grab a blanket and have it close to her face. She still sleeps through the night no problem.
Thats really the big things, I think she's really close to rolling onto her tummy that will be a big one, but nothing yet!
She only cries when hungry or super tired, and she'll sometimes grab her paci and take it out and not know how to get it back in and it makes her mad, but so far really good baby! She loves meeting new people, floor time, and sleeping in her bed!
