Good things come to those who wait!

The summer after graduating from High School my mom and I saw this carriage bed that I thought was the cutest thing ever! I made it a personal dream to one day have it if I had a little girl! LOL My goals in life eh? After getting married I shared this vision with Ben that is like "whatever, ok" ha But now Michelle is at that age, and luckily this bed is still for sale.

We wanted to get this before we moved into a new place, but I wanted to make sure we spent our money on taking care of debt and a few more needs. So we were planning on doing this over a couple checks, and I was doing some searching online to see if I saw anything negative about the frame. What I found was a craigslist link to someone in the fort worth area. It turns out a woman is selling this bed brand new never used, at the right size we want w/all new bedding. She said she decided to go with a different look for the room but can't return the bed. So she told me she'd give me everything for $400. Just the frame alone costs $600+ at the store!

I can't believe I fell across this deal, so we're taking it! A couple mths ago I told Ben we should just buy it, but we didn't feel right doing it on impulse. Its a good thing now!I'm pumped! Looks like we're sticking with the princess theme for a while! LOL
