Easter 2014

Cat Hollow Egg Hunt - The girls where in two different groups and both did ver well! They traided their eggs for goody bags.

Caldwell Heights Egg Hunt - Michelle's school held an egg hunt. It was so much fun! Shelly had a blast with her friends from class and Scarlett felt like one of the big girls! 

Friendship Egg Hunt - The girls had fun hunting eggs with their good friends they've known since babyhood! We were in a nice spot in Leander. Afterwords we had a picnic. 

Hutto Egg Hunt - This one remains a favorite! The girls were in the same group this time and in addition to eggs got lots of candy! We also had a run in with the Easter Bunny and the Easter Hippo! (Aka Scarlett's idol) 

This years Easter Bunny visit! Scarlett gave him a big hug and Michelle gave him a kiss on the cheek. 

This was our first year experiencing Easter in our new house. We were still in the middle of a reno, but things were far alomg enough to stay there the night before. So early Sunday morning the girls woke up and found their baskets downstairs in the living room!

That day I was going to push myself to go to church, but I still felt so tired and not 100%. It is hard to remember how I just had a baby since shes not home with us. So we relaxed at home.

That evening we had dinner at my parent's where the girls took part in a classic backyard egg hunt.

Ben and I visited Boleyn in the hospital and gave her lots of love. She got her first basket that had a cute brown bunny in it!

It was a nice Easter. We are so grateful for the hope the holiday brings!
