I put a ton of hard work into being a team capitain! It was new, but exciting! To raise money for our team Shelly's Angels. I made a billion cupcakes, and got many donations including a matching gift bringing us to $400!! So we def went over our goal which made me happy!
The walk was so powerful! We were surrounded by loved ones and strangers who all came to walk over 3miles around Austin under a common goal - to make sure every woman gets her full term pregnancy!
Michelle slept for most of the time, but she woke up for the important stuff! We had a picinc after, and met new friends!
It was sad at times hearing stories from others who's babies didn't make it. One families had a daughter a day apart from Michelle who didn't make it. They wanted pics of Michelle! It was sweet.
Her before and after pics and story where featured with some others! I have a billion left over that I grabbed! Others recognized her and took more pics...what a mini celeb for a day! lol
I kept looking at her, holding her hand, kissing her! Just so greatful for how things turned out!
